Emmanuels Visit Day One
At 11:00 am I took him to the Santa Barbara Mission for a small picnic we played in the grass and explored the Museum and then at about 3:00 we walked down to have some Mcconels ice cream and we then went to the beach and enjoyed some ice cream and also enjoyed a cold beach swim. Emmanuels reaction was different than i expected when i asked him how his day went as we where walking back home he replied it was different but the time I saw that beautiful Mission building I was amazed and that ice cream was delicious and creamy.

Day 1: What a full day. I bet Emmanuel was tired.

Day 5:I like the bike ride and the art, but the pink, sparkly dress!!! Looks like Emmanuel is feeling very comfortable with you.

Sounds like Emmanuel really had a fun time with you, Gretchen. You really shared your world and your enthusiasm for the world with him.
I really like your journal and hearing your voice. So much so, that I really want you to find an editing partner who can put the final polish on your words that they deserve. A couple spelling suggestions here. A couple capitalization and punctuation changes there. And you're done.
